Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Gerald took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Crown-heir they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Dyer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents.
