Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He dresses like a well dressed Cartwright does. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His cinnamon fur is smooth and relatively long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: Great was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Body Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'3". She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. With wild white hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Tomph reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and he perpetually has his sword ready. He sports a flattop hair cut. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Adelard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His black hair is cut short. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered giants who tried to eat his hand. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and revenge

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ortegar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and a deep hatred of giants

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Bathin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born into a rich family. Bathin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and money/treasure
