History: Gale hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gale was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Korfel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
