Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Knight. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Knight for the past few years.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Kaladan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kaladan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying east to reunite his family. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Her hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: Akmen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akmen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Veloptima will drive conversation. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: Born to a Laborer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Keyleth took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor she uses now. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
