History: Roge hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roge fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Shamil was born with her father's beautiful face. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Shamil's homeland. Shamil decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shamil was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Seamstress kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naal. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Seraphina isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Banker, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
