History: Born to a Seamstress, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Therai was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Therai's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Performer born in the past three hundred years. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. He now owns his own business.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Pogranix alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Pogranix was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. The war was a terrible time for her, and Hethress does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hethress studied abroad. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Description: He wears a pastel tunic with brown highlights, and long black pants that bunch up around his shoes. His cinnamon fur is unkempt and raggedy. His ears are large.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kite is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kite was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
