Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Balifra was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. After a long history of fighting, Vepar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Naill enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Tippletoe never married again. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Ruloth lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Duergath fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
