History: Ortegar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Nykkan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in trident use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Nykkan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
