Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She worked as a nervous Barber and found it very stressful. She tends to her Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Bilga's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by his family; and further expansion of business

Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
