He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bilbron grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
