Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Pelt's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
