History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Raer was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Tyna's homeland. Tyna decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
