History: Thrak hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Tordrid was born the youngest of three triplets. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Server and was forced into it by her family; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ilanis grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she wants revenge against orcs

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of a Cook, who enjoyed hunting, Thradal was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He bought a longsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels threatened by others

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Weaver.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and to be a cook again

Personality: Virra hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Seamstress born in the past three hundred years. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born into a rich family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To be a Carter again; and he desires power and/or immortality
