Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Her long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is a great chef.
History: Maiathah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: Revenge; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears dull grey sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed flail, just in case, marred by beers. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Baern and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Baern discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Baern fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: Volen wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has achieved small success as a Merchant.

History: Mella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mella was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family
