History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was taken from her home at a very young age. History: Gifted from a young age, Millicent studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

She struck the Spy job and began her own company from there.
