History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Vola was born on a far northern mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Detective but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Nikki was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Detective. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Interpreter. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Flame was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She takes great joy in being the best Sellsword in town.

History: Heather was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student she started as a Weaver, but she got bored and became a Sellsword. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult
