History: Born in the south to a Sculptor, Peter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for him, and Paggen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When Paggen reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.
