History: Conrad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Flask hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Findex will drive conversation. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Findex alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Findex fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants revenge against dire rats; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Gifted from a young age, Trym studied abroad. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
