Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Serpent hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mardnab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Great was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aerdeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
