Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

His silver hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Varis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is greedy

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and wants her loneliness to end

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She is fixated on the number 21. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
