Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The war was a terrible time for him, and Quarethon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the east to a Mayor, Quarethon learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
