Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Fabien's homeland. Fabien decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Vezera is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. After coming to the age of reason, Vezera took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She bought a quarterstaff and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she loathes her own lifestyle

History: Chad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well

History: Born in the north to a Weaver, Trym learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she feels kind of lost in life
