History: Vonana was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Painter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.
