She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Left-Handed and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Left-Handed discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Left-Handed fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He became a Mayor soon after.
