History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. Jacoba enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Giselle was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Giselle decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
