History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Quillathe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
