History: He was born in a small forest village. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Seamstress they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Marshal, and he later adopted a second son.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. After coming to the age of reason, Farideh took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Tomi was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Tomi abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Motivation: To be a Mason again; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption
