History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: Mardnab hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Mardnab has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she prefers to wear green clothing when she does not wear armor. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length black crest. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Gesrethe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gesrethe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed warhammer, just in case. She has done her best to style her red hair to look like a famous performer. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: The child of a Engraver, who enjoyed hunting, Breena was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her first spouse was a Engraver, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heward fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in the west to a Bather, Nalral learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has achieved small success as a Bather.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
