Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. She has brown eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: Phann hails from a village terrorized by orcs. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: He stands about 5'2" and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He keeps his white hair in a flapper bob. His black eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Andram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: The child of a Unemployed, who enjoyed hunting, Andram was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She is portly but not overly obese. Her gold crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and expand her business

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Mishann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Mishann was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mishann's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This slender woman stands about 6'2". She wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a bastard sword on her belt. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are amber.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Miller who has hired her part-time. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she would like to get married and retire

Description: He is a husky man, who tends to wear a violet poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is greedy

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a hunchback. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has black eyes and a black hat with a white feather.

Personality: Nirgel hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
