She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.
