History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Aerdeth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Aerdeth was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Aerdeth was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aerdeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nazû will drive conversation. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nazû was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Maegan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Maegan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, Avelina took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to pay off her debts

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look, marred by sweets. She has a very tight haircut. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lia embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her top blue hat.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. Jarsali is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Jarsali was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age her father died while driving off some giants. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in spear use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes her a fraud
