Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 4'11". He tends to wear a large violet jacket, and his gloved hand is found clutching a hand crossbow. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and half-orc compassion

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: She dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a brown coat with green slacks, and carries hammers. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her ears are large.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born in the west. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Seraphina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. Her feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: An older man who wears dull violet sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is blonde and curly. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Adventurer father left him crippled. During his travels, Mindartis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Mindartis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Mindartis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he's looking for his big break

Description: An older woman who prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, she is not a threatening figure. She has shaved her head bald. Her eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She bought a kukri and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Erdan grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Erdan was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Jarsali has worked very hard to control her curse. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
