History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Nadarr reached his early adolescence his Dragonborn father passed away. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. A true patriot, Ar-Beka would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Ar-Beka lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
