History: The child of a Bricklayer, who enjoyed hunting, Malquis was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. History: He was born into a rich family. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Jeweler. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Philomena abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she feels kind of lost in life

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'7" when asserting herself. Her black hair is braided into rings. Her fierce silver eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Born in the west to a Scribe, Shava learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Ernest is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Nella was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
