History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Beast was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Gardener. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Description: An older man who wears light armors faded through time and improper care, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears just a violet suit. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many giants want her driven away.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gifted student she started as a Cook, but she got bored and became a Seamstress. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 5 years.

Motivation: To be a Cook again; and expand her business

History: Jacoba was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
