History: Katherine lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Syllin was born with her mother's beautiful face. Syllin abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His first spouse was a Scribe, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bucklal isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: Born to a Healer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and revenge

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs
