History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shautha grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shautha. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Norkruuth learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sora embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barber arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
