Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Vadania was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Vadania decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a white cloak and cross-gartered green stockings. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. He is baby faced.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ogbur was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'8" when asserting himself. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Naill hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away.

Her fur is cut close to her head. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to be a miller again

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Kildrak was a troubled youth. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a kukri on his belt. His brown fur is long and unkept. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Leaf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
