Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: She dresses like a well dressed Roofer does, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'11" when asserting herself. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She struck the Roofer job and began her own company from there.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his kukri with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He wears a colorful flower in his silver crest. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gold eyes.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Scribe who has hired him part-time. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Scribe.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Broce embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Broce and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: The light-skinned woman stands 5'4" and is typically in her Barrister uniform. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She has brown eyes and a tan hat with a violet feather.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mara. She has worked as a Barrister like her mother before her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She keeps her golden hair in a flapper bob. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she is greedy

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to be a unemployed again

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 3'0" and wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Jak was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he seems to be bored by most things
