To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Agnes. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Spring was born the youngest of three triplets. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has worked as a Mayor like his mother before him.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants his loneliness to end

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying west to reunite his family. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
