Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. His crest is black and curly. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Mehen isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dragonborn unity. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Gifted from a young age, Mehen studied abroad. He always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Valafar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A freak accident while working with his Miller father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This man wears a blue vest and prefers pastel and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his left hand. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Immeral took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family.
