Description: She has a missing right arm. She wears suspenders and blue workpants. Her shirt is green, and she wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are a pleasant blue.
Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Carlin was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Carlin took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She tends to her Masseuse job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is physically well-built. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Diggory was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Diggory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Eiravel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.
