Personality: Howard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Born to a Cook, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Servant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
