History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she prefers to wear green clothing when she does not wear armor. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length black crest. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Gesrethe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gesrethe's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: The child of a Seamstress, who enjoyed hunting, Barbena was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a suit in poor condition. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Heian was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
