Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Map Maker. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Chassath liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
