History: Baelitae lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a carter and was forced into it by her family

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Alvyn lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Mortician father left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new knight responsibilities is difficult

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Gillyd was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She struck the Carter job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
