Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Arannis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Arannis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Shedinn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

History: Born in the south to a Miner, Burgell learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has achieved small success as a Miner.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Through the years after Naamah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naamah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This woman wears a black shirt with thin yellow vertical stripes and green pants. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has gleaming, smiling black eyes.
Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Actor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His silver crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gargax grew up listening to his father's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
