History: Yurk hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Yurk grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Yurk. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: Enidda hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
