Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has worked as a Bricklayer like his mother before him.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for her, and Marastyr does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Marastyr was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Chem enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the south

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and revenge

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born in the east to a Knight, Skoth learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He struck the Knight job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has money and likes to spend it
