History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Chem was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Chem's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
